As one of the first core team members, I was instrumental in building the product and team from the ground up. I conceived and built the engine for the Transparent Data Move Technology for the NAS/cloud data management system. I also managed the activities of the storage team, mentored and trained engineers, implemented best practices, assisted with customer deployments, and to acquire new talent. Furthermore, I identified the necessary technology and development requirements, and developed the storage system solution and architecture for the migration engine, client data access, protocols, interoperability, and third party NAS integration.

Started at Philips and spawn as NXP Semiconductors. There I played a significant role in shaping innovation programs, creating innovative use cases for connected devices and automotive, and presenting them to customers. Additionally, I generated patents that were implemented in products and licensed to third parties, and received the NXP Excellence Award for my contributions. I also developed a novel data transfer method using Near Field Communication (NFC), which was deployed in numerous products including mobile phones, internet tablets, laptops, printers, and servers. Furthermore, I led the development of various cutting-edge projects such as a connected internet tablet prototype, a connected Digital Picture Frame prototype in collaboration with Vodafone, a smart car key with NFC integration in partnership with BMW, a Linux-based smartphone prototype with high connectivity (Bluetooth, GSM, NFC, WLAN), and a secure mobile application for contactless venue entry.
