I expanded and managed the team from 8 to over 100, building a fully remote, global workforce recognized for its culture and collaboration. Under my leadership, traffic grew to rank among the top 1,000 websites worldwide, and the user base expanded from 500K to 20M, adding hundreds of thousands of new registrations each month. I executed six strategic acquisitions, including the acquisition of Creative Market, a spin-out from Autodesk, and the acquisition of FontSpring, enhancing market position and product portfolio. These efforts contributed to five consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America list (2018–2022), along with multiple Best Places to Work awards, Webby Awards, and other industry accolades.
