At Autura we are building the first unified vehicle lifecycle platform, bringing together dispatch, impound, lien and title, and marketplace into one modern system. Autura Platform evolves our portfolio of established towing management systems into a single platform designed for towers, municipalities, and vehicle sellers. As CTO I am responsible for turning this vision into reality. That means defining a canonical data model that carries a vehicle from incident through disposition, building an API-first foundation that supports integrations and partner products, and delivering standardized mobile and web applications on top. We have achieved SOC 2 Type II certification across multiple products and have shifted the company to a security-first culture, embedding best practices into both infrastructure and product development. We are also applying AI to real-world towing workflows. From smarter dispatch assignments to forecasting impound and auction outcomes, machine learning is being built directly into the platform to improve customer operations and outcomes. The goal is to make Autura not just the most trusted software in towing, but the backbone of the entire vehicle recovery lifecycle.

At Ready, a rapidly scaling healthcare company now rebranded as myLaurel, I built and led the Product & Technology organization from the ground up. I grew the team from zero to 40 fully remote professionals across Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Design, establishing a strong culture of collaboration and delivery. Together, we launched and scaled an innovative in-home care model that partners with at-risk providers, health plans, and hospital systems to improve health equity and increase engagement in care. My focus was on creating the right foundation — from product strategy and technical architecture to team structure and operating rhythm — to enable sustainable growth. This role combined building technology that directly impacted patient outcomes with the challenge of scaling people, process, and platforms at speed.

I founded and built Free Gifts, the leading virtual gifting app on the early Facebook platform. The app delivered over 100 million virtual gifts and quickly became one of the most widely used social experiences of its time. Building on this success, I launched Free Gifts Games, which drove industry-leading daily active user engagement and expanded the product into interactive social play. Free Gifts was acquired by SGN (now Jam City), where the technology and user base contributed to the company’s growth in social and mobile gaming.
