2019-2021 Leader on Executive Chamber Technology & Innovation team for the Governor, often driving priority product development, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Led team of 3 and $XM budget to partner with startups across state. Built master plan for Deputy Secretary of Cybersecurity. Wrote legislation on data privacy, facial recognition, and internet service. Negotiated $XXXM partnership with telcos to deliver internet to children across state. 2017-2019 Program Director for Technology & Innovation serving under New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio. Worked on Broadband Access, Transit, Climate, and built $XM Moonshot project for startups to contract with large government agencies. Led successful $25M NSF grant team to build advanced wireless testbeds in NYC.
