Full-time Consultant for Organizational Development: 3-year strategy for organization’s localization. • Research & Strategy: Research, surveys and expert interviews, on policies, emphasizing the financial sector. Worked with consulting team for diagnosis. Drafting proposals, budgeting, action plan. • Implementation: Collaborating with IT: established a KM system, consolidated various databases; with HR: established a new talent programme; with Communication and Finance team: renewed the organizational culture and branding, established the fundraising framework, and corporate collaboration models. • Board of Directors Establishment: Connecting the leaders in business and academics. Sup regulations, bylaws and code of conduct, and organized the first Board Meeting in Shenzhen. • Snow Leopard Field Research: Self-initiated one-month funded research in Altay Mountains. • Field Research: Set up infrared cameras and collected data on wild animals. Visited Kazak nomads for cultural, demographic and economic data, so to inform social policies on insurance and poverty alleviation. • Advocacy & Standardization: Further engaged with the public and donors on umbrella species conservation. This pioneer volunteering model has evolved into the Citizen Scientists and Snow Leopard Guardian programme.
