Walter served as the Chief Business Officer at Magic Leap, a leading Augmented Reality company. Walter was responsible for the overall leadership and financial results of the Company’s business teams including Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Developer Relations, Product Development, Business Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He was tasked with pivoting the company from a consumer focus to an enterprise focus, primarily in the areas of manufacturing, health and public sector/defense.

He led day-to-day operations for the premier site on the Internet for uploading, sharing, linking and finding photos, videos and graphics. With over 65 million monthly unique visitors Photobucket had operations in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Denver. As VP of Corporate Development, Walter led corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for MySpace Music and FOX Interactive’s video game (IGN), sports (Fox Sports) and Content Management System (CMS) divisions.

Directed the business development and operational execution of multi-platform deals with FiOS TV’s traditional and multimedia content partners. Oversaw FiOS TV’s IPTV content strategy, gaming service, cross platform convergence and content acquisition. Worked closely with Verizon’s product management to develop new products and services with this content, particularly on the broadband and wireless platforms.
