Co-founded the first Institutional Venture fund to invest at scale in seed, then selectively double down using longitudinal data. Invested in 300+ early stage tech companies across sectors that resulted in 40+ unicorns and 10+ IPO/SPACs

2013 - 2015

Launched Tesla in China: recruited and built the entire China organization, led all operations including government relationship, service, sales, marketing etc. Opened 10 stores across 7 cities and delivered 3000+ cars in 13 months.

Built and scaled Enterprise and Education business for Greater China. Grew sales by nearly 100x in 7 years to $1B: developed and built the sales team, crafted and executed marketing programs, managed channel partners and relationship, oversaw overall sales operations.

Led team to search and identify interesting technologies for Motorola mobile devices that can enhance mobile phone experience beyond voice only; identified and enabled first prototype of "SIRI"
