It produces high-speed industrial inkjet printers, and pigmented ink and chemical products for the garment and apparel, home goods, and textile accessories decorating industry. The M&A and Corporate Development team at Kornit Digital is responsible for two buy-side transactions: screening, DD and PMI (Costume Gateway and an undisclosed company), building the company's 5 years financial model, managing the company's SPP (strategic process planning) process, senior management projects and initiatives, and the go to function for competitive intelligence.
