• Built Renewables division from scratch to an international team of 80 FTEs and a 4.2 GW pipeline (1 GW operational) in SP, PT and Brazil in only 2 years • Led largest acquisition in the history of Galp, for 2.9 GW of solar projects in Spain, making Galp the largest Solar producer in Iberia, which won our team the main award at Galp annual conference in 2020 • Launched Decentralized Energy business (Energia Independiente, now GalpSolar) from zero to a 60 people team. In 1yr of operation reached €5m revenue after 2 years €3m revenues/month • Initiated and developed project to build a 100Ktn lithium refining facility in JV with Northvolt and worked with the PT and EU governments to establish a battery value chain in Iberia

Setting up and building the Corporate Venture Capital activities for the E.ON group after convincing the executive management board to launch a CVC team. Invested in 14 companies, mostly out of Silicon Valley, in 3 years with all but one currently engaged with E.ON teams commercially or under testing and development. Won 2 Global Cleantech Awards for this work.
