My goal is leverage partners to drive pipeline (0 -> 18% in year 1), close more deals faster ($XM in revenue), and build enterprise credibility through co-marketing with partners like Snowflake, Databricks, and Slalom. Census has won Braze and Snowflake partnership of the year awards, and I'm continuously looking at how we can deepen our competitive moat while driving delightful customer experiences through product integrations. This position includes sales, marketing, and product. I also lead the people team.

Soon after joining, we identified a product opportunity to build an SDK so developers could build async video communication in their products, so I joined a cross-functional tiger team to create a strategy and execute a go-to-market plan for the new SKU.
