Primary duties are but not limited to: • Eliciting requirements using Best Practice techniques including business process descriptions/flows, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. • Coordinating changes and updates to end-to-end business requirements, business rules and use cases at each re-iteration of design. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Analysis and Design of Business Requirements Document (Stakeholder Requests, Features/Business Rules, Non-Functional Requirements), Process Flows, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, Change Requests and/or Training Documentation.
