We seek to be a permanent home for vertical software companies to thrive as independent business units while leveraging our shared services (finance, legal, bookkeeping, HR, etc.). Unlike typical investment firms or other acquirers, we don’t seek short term gains or to “strip & flip” the business in a few years. We have a decentralized structure and do not seek to take over the day-to-day operations of our companies. We aim to provide a growth platform where our companies can leverage shared back-office resources, best-practices, capital and our network. We encourage founders to stay at the helm, take on a new role or ride off into the sunset.
