• Led a three month end-to-end product conversion process for 45,000 clients following the termination of the RBC and Target Canada partnership; retained $2MM of annual income and ensured a seamless client experience. • Forecasted the spend behaviour and profitability of credit card applicants based on customer segments; modified the credit approval requirements to increase approval rates by 4% and annual income by $1MM. • Evaluated the market potential and RBC’s strategic alignment for two credit card portfolio acquisitions; presented the findings to internal executives within strict timelines to successfully respond to each request for proposal.
