Key accomplishments: - Brought the product to #1 in the App Store's Medical category ahead of competitors like WebMD. - Created a roadmap and process for aligning projects and stakeholder across the company that utilized a lens of the key objectives of the organization. - Put in place a process for efficient product design and delivery. - Dramatically increased user ratings and overall experience and increased by 100% the onboarding customer conversion rate.
