    This is a product leadership role on the PM team for Bing Image and Video search. I managed parts of the product as it went through hyper growth improving query share 3x and relevance DCG manifold. I have driven areas across the breadth of market segments, covering the entire depth of the technology stack from UX components to ranking, indexing and low-latency content serving architectures. Among areas that I have owned: 1. Search Recommendations (Related Searches & Autocomplete) Incepted the product area and grew the team into a growth hacking unit. Leveraged the latest innovation in data science and graph theory to differentiate against Google. Delivered search market share that elevated the feature area as the top contributor. Awarded Gold star for contributions. More details under 'Projects'. 2. Real-time Search All up owner for the real-time search product. Organized and managed a team of developers, designers, researchers, QA engineers and operations specialists. More details under 'Projects'. 3. Superfresh Index and Serving Infrastructure Built v1 and consolidated it further with improved search quality. Shipped machine learning based models for selection, ranking and query classification. 4. Search by Usage Rights We have made it easier for the blogger community to find images with appropriate usage rights to use in blogs. 5.
