I also launched secure onboarding flows, manage our most-used Time Off feature, and helped scale the platform from pilot to thousands of users—all while implementing and managing GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance across the product.

I managed and prioritised roadmaps for 15+ new mobility and delivery products as part of the company’s push toward a Super App, aligning teams around market opportunities and regulatory requirements. I led the end-to-end development and scaling of Roadside Assistance in the UAE—from ideation and customer discovery to launch. I also drove product discovery for Careem Bus in the UAE, led the launch of Careem Bikes, and helped coordinate product and data transition during Uber’s $3.1B acquisition of Careem.
