Enabled Marvell’s pivot to data infrastructure through organic investment, execution, divesting non-strategic assets, and acquiring companies. Built a technology portfolio of intellectual property and market leading products in the areas of storage, networking, security, compute, and interconnect. Managed overall multibillion dollars P&L with a high growth rate, providing direction to business executives on steering internal product roadmaps and external partnerships, allocating research and development (R&D), marketing, support, and business development resources. Motivated, guided, and developed 7 executives responsible for about 4,000 employees. Promoted culture and people, fostering a climate of diversity and inclusion, including strategies to overcome unconscious bias within the company and broader community.

Demonstrated strong business acumen and technology expertise to manage all aspects of a hyper-growth startup company, including driving innovation by identifying problems, defining products, validating product-market fit, designing go-to market strategies, developing product roadmaps, demonstrating value to customers, and scaling operations. Grew team to 2,000 employees, through organic growth and acquisitions, achieved billion-dollar revenue and created significant shareholder value.
