I source great startups across verticals and stages that embrace LGBTQ+ leadership. This means a founder, a C-level employee, a board member, or even a major equity holder. However, Gaingels also invests in companies without LGBTQ+ leadership that actively value diversity, and recognize Gaingels' value as a partner in hiring diverse talent.
