Specifically, I worked in: - leading the Taxi Regional Working Group in ANZ / relaunch of UberTAXI in Sydney, a world-first product of dynamically priced taxi services - launch of a Vehicle Solutions marketplace in New Zealand - financial modelling and strategy for On Demand Public Transport / pooling Additionally, I led the Blockchain Strategy Group at Uber globally, working with the Executive Leadership Team in SF to understand Uber's opportunities in the space.

Responsible for coordination between CEO and Project Implementation for: - Developing market and feasibility study with KPMG. - Obtaining funding from Qatar Development Bank. - Development of legal documents for banks, suppliers and contractors. - Integration of Design/Engineering across two international engineering firms to obtain statutory approvals. - Budgeting and implementation of local procurement and logistics supply for international EPIC contractor. - Developing raw material supply chain strategy for refractory manufacturing production.
