• Started and grew the Identity team from 1 person. Personally recruited and referred multiple Staff+ engineers • Drove Onboarding initiatives that added +$40M additional revenue and +500K additional users • Drove Decentralized Identity research (ERC725 prototype: https://github.com/mirceapasoi/erc725-735), team discovery, and acquisition integration (see Techcrunch article)

Memo.AI was an AI chatbot that made it quick and easy to save and find code snippets, meeting notes, links, Slack messages, or other short work notes – right inside Slack or on the web. Raised a Seed round of $2M. Built the team to 7 full-time employees and a couple contractors. Led engineering and product. Led acquisition conversations. Eventually, the engineering team was acqui-hired by Coinbase.
