Nearly 42 years of experience with primary expertise in high angle of attack aeromechanics, including aerodynamic identification and flight control design. Was the primary high angle of attack designer on F/A-18E/F, F/A-18A-D upgrade in 2003, and F-15SA fly-by-wire upgrade. Recent activities also include the design of the spin recovery logic in the T-7 that will be tested at Edwards next year. Chief engineer on the F/A-18E/F conformal fuel tank effort that included the integration of several disciplines including aerodynamics, flight control, fuel design/integration, and structural integration. Have consulted on V-22 in the area of controllability during aggressive maneuvering.
