    Managing Director and Manager – G.E. Equity (GE’s strategic equity investment arm) – Led GE Equity’s Energy and Water practice. Responsibilities included direct origination, underwriting, and portfolio management for the entire Energy practice. Investment types included Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Fund Management. Co-led the formation of a $300MM energy tech investment fund with GE and two other Fortune 500 Companies. Coordinated with other GE teams globally.

    Senior Vice President and Manager – G.E. Global Sponsor Finance - Managed a team that had a portfolio of ~$1B in debt positions for Sponsor based companies. Led the approval, underwriting and portfolio function for a large team of investment professionals. Directed teams during the structuring, negotiation, due diligence, documentation, and monetization of transactions. Responsible for investment decisions regarding senior debt (cash flow and ABL), second lien loans, subordinated debt, and equity investment positions.
