Automated dozens of processes that were previously manual. • Conduct forecasting, financial planning & analysis, and other ad-hoc requests from investors, partners at Apollo, and other departments across the company. • Prepare quarterly financial statements, cash flow statements, and MD&A. • Created foreign currency hedging procedures and supervise the process with assistance from an offshore team. • Preside over the multi-million-dollar cash clearing process to ensure cash is properly applied, and that all funds are received on every complex transaction. • Conduct analysis on yield trends to provide insight into loan profitability and overall company performance, as well as identify potential discrepancies to ensure accuracy in reporting. • Represented the company at several global conferences to network and expand Midcap Financial’s brand recognition.
