During my tenure, I sourced three of the eleven deals Amity invested in and held board positions for seven portfolio companies. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

2015 - 2018

Uber Visa Card: Provided strategic product guidance and subsequently structured, negotiated and closed commercial agreements with Barclays and Visa to launch Uber’s general purpose consumer credit card. Data Licensing: Sourced, negotiated and managed data licensing deals with suppliers to bolster Uber's in-house Mapping and Marketplace initiatives, as well as select strategic data licensing initiatives for the Business Platform, Public Policy, and Uber Eats teams. Vehicle Solutions (WAV): Orchestrated a cross-functional effort to contract with and launch a nationally scalable program for Uber's Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) product via a strategic partnership with MV Transportation. Commuter Benefits: Worked alongside Operations, Product, Legal and Policy to develop a compliant product strategy and execute deals with dozens of commuter benefits providers. CPG / Marketing Partnerships: Negotiated and executed strategic marketing partnerships with large CPG brands such as Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Hershey’s and Tostitos, as well as CSR-focused initiatives with alcohol brands including Diageo, Beam Suntory, and Heineken.

Served as the lead Analyst on a dozen middle market sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and strategic advisory assignments for financial institutions, including asset managers, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance companies. Responsibilities included financial modeling and valuation analysis, development of sell-side marketing materials, target identification and outreach, and transaction marketing.
