Designed and launched a program aiming to foster a community of minority and/or first-generation students attending top schools to help them navigate the most common challenges for this population. Students have access to various resources, mentors, and workshops on areas of concern. The program started with about 20 students and is now 200+. OCPS is among the 10 largest districts in the U.S and we hope to make a model for other districts around the country.
