As Investment Director of the IDH Farmfit Fund, I lead the Fund’s investment strategy and execution in Africa. The IDH Farmfit Fund is the world’s largest public-private impact fund focused on smallholder farmers. Through its pioneering de-risking model, the Fund makes investments in smallholder agriculture not only possible, but attractive—reducing risks and costs for both farmers and investors, and catalyzing long-term sustainable impact in agricultural value chains.
