I also engage in business development; managing customer service, quality assurance & engineering teams (and vendor resources); account management; press relations; marketing; community engagement and more -- shoot, I'm even checking in code these days! I see the forest, the trees, I plant new trees, harvest trees, import nutrient-rich soil for the trees, tell people about the trees, genetically modify the trees, and generally extend tree metaphors far beyond reasonable limits. In 18 months, contributed to +10MM growth in downloads, quadrupling of daily active users, tripling of monthly consumer revenues.
