Alter'Actions is a program developed with Accenture to realize pro bono missions for non-profits and social entrepreneurs. • Conducted a social impact study for a French tech & innovation institute, mentored by OC&C consultants • Interviewed four program directors (incl. head of incubator) and the CEO to map program impacts; presented recommendations to improve social impact analysis methodology

• Developed a new operating model to manage activity peaks, working directly with the COO and Chief Transformation Officer • Interviewed 20+ participants, directed legal and IT research, benchmarked competitors • Pitched the project to 5 board members and other senior executives (incl.
