Partnered with a premier global trader in copper, zinc and lead - 2018 / 2022: Acquisition of a 37.5% stake in GCT, a multi-billion dollar enterprise value container terminal operator with operations in North America. >$1 billion enterprise value sale of GCT USA assets to CMA CGM Group. Prior - Acquisition of a 50% stake in to a company that holds a portfolio of refined product marine storage terminals operating on 5 continents, partnering with one of the world's largest energy traders. - Partial sell-down of transportation portfolio company - Asset management team member of Colonial Pipeline, VTTI, GCT, and Switch working closely with management and shareholders to drive business plans, budgets, operational execution, debt capital markets activity and capital allocation decisions
