    Over 12 years at Techstars, I ran 17 accelerator programs and invested in over 200 pre-seed and seed-stage startups. I led programs in New York City and in Philadelphia in partnership with Comcast NBCUniversal, working closely with founders to shape product strategy, raise capital, and scale companies from first check to Series A and beyond. Standout portfolio companies I backed include GlossGenius, Gorgias, Bento Box, Sporttrade, Nagish, KYD Labs, Olli Health, and heva—several of which have exited or now exceed nine-figure valuations. Collectively, my portfolio has raised over $1B in follow-on capital, with active companies representing more than $3B in combined market cap. Follow-on investors include Andreessen Horowitz, TCV, Bessemer Venture Partners, Union Square Ventures, Canaan, Sapphire Ventures, Greycroft, Foundry Group, BoxGroup, and IA Ventures, among others. In the early years, I was the sole Techstars employee in NYC, helping establish our presence, open the local office in 2014, and launch one of Techstars’ first major partner programs in collaboration with R/GA.
