• Successfully executed the management buyout of the crane control product line from Schneider Electric in November 2003. • Responsible for accounting, human resources, employee benefits, marketing, legal affairs, banking relationships, and external relations at EC&M’s 86,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and corporate headquarters in St. Matthews. • Received a purchase offer and exited in January 2015.

• Responsible for all manufacturing operations for Schneider Electric’s 600-person 350,000 sq. ft. Columbia, SC facility. • Developed and executed employee and machine capacity plans to support $120M annual product shipment volumes. • Planned and executed the transfer of two strategic product lines between the Columbia, SC, and Seneca, SC manufacturing facilities with little disruption to customer service.
