Used fast-paced experimentation in combination with agile practices and lean thinking to: 1 - Substantiate business connection and need for the solution 2 - Iteratively transferred solutions to effectively change accountability and responsibility for the solution 3 - Ensure continuous deployment/continuous improvement Commercialization experiments are driving an increasingly automated continuous delivery pipeline from from R&D to Operations.
IT R&D Portfolio Manager
2015 - 2019
Led the Information Technology Research & Development (IT R&D) planning and investment process which brought business leaders and technical experts together to define a $25MM strategic portfolio of innovation projects addressing business capability gaps and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Actively managed portfolio of 40+ projects to drive rapid value creation. The portfolio 5-year NPV was calculated as ~ $300MM.

My mission is to identify and accelerate innovation through the rapid evaluation of early stage, external digital technologies with the potential to deliver higher returns and lower carbon emissions to Chevron.
