Joined pre-IPO and led Linkedin’s mobile and flagship products through a once-in-a-lifetime transition from a desktop to mobile first company. Responsible for Linkedin’s mobile product through the hyper-growth years (when I started the entire mobile team was only 12 people). Created award winning apps for 6 mobile platforms. Expanded products globally to cover 23+ languages. Partnered with our monetization team to earn our first $1 on mobile. Grew mobile usage from 8% to >55% of weekly usage coming from a mobile device. In 2014, expanded responsibilities to include running our flagship product on desktop which included feed, messaging, profile, search, growth and more. In late 2015, launched a re-imagined Linkedin experience on mobile leading to members engaging at record levels. My products have won industry recognition - Mobile World Congress (finalist for Best App of Year), Apple (Best of Year selection), etc. I’m also a frequent keynote and panelist speaker at mobile events. I spent close to 7 years on a relentless pursuit of a better way.
