Technical Program Manager, ISV Ecosystem
2017 - 2019
I work to maintain the marketplace of over 80 Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner integrations whose technology spans a variety of segments from API management and APMs to security and data solutions. This involves coordinating with partners and other groups at Pivotal including Legal, Compliance, Product Operations, Platform Engineering, Marketing, R&D and Documentation in order to launch new integration products and make new releases of existing products. I monitor several channels of communication to organize engineering work with partners for the Platform Engineering team helping ensure our partners get access to the help and tools they need to build quality integrations that fulfill joint customer needs. A key part of the role is to advocate for our partners internally. In this, I communicate the value proposition of Pivotal Cloud Foundry and the add-on ISV solutions from our partner ecosystem to the sales team and develop sales tools that support sales execution. I also, represent Pivotal products to industry professionals, prospective customers, and partners at Pivotal and partner events.

Business Development Intern
2016 - 2016
In this role, I learned the strategy behind building an ecosystem of software vendors around a PaaS business by working with and researching independent software vendors in the Pivotal ecosystem. In one of those projects, I created over 36 web pages using Google Sites that gave internal employees easy access to information about Independent Software Vendors that provide services for Cloud Foundry customers. I also got the opportunity to work with the events marketing team to attend and assist in the making of SpringOne Platform the main Pivotal Conference.
2015 - 2015
Retails Operations and Strategic Operations Intern
2015 - 2015
I corroborated contact records in Microsoft Dynamics to improve and support the Private Client Services Sales team’s ability to locate and communicate with clients. This utilized a strong attention to detail to verify and correct contact information of current and prospective clients in the CRM system. The internship called for a combination of a fervent work ethic individually and collaboration with team members.
