One of the most fulfilling parts of my career has been helping founders, investors, and ecosystem builders unlock capital, scale their work, and build long-term impact. Whether it's securing funding, forging strategic partnerships, or amplifying underrepresented voices in venture, I’ve always believed that access is the game-changer. That’s why my consultancy isn’t just about venture strategy—it’s also about expanding access. While I post funding opportunities to help founders and organizations navigate capital, I also work behind the scenes advising funds, startups, and accelerators on ecosystem strategy, fundraising, and partnerships. From the ideation stage to the investment stage and beyond, the HBCU Founders Initiative offers programs, events, resources, and a vast network committed to supporting HBCU founders on their entrepreneurial journeys.
