IGI is an organization within SI that aims to improve the operational environment of the game industry in Iceland, where a majority of the game companies in Iceland are members of IGI. Having taken part in creating IGI back in 2009, I took on chairing the board for a year.

The Technology Development Fund is under he auspices of the Ministry of Industry. The main objective of the fund is to strengthen development work and research in the field of technological development that aims at innovation in the Icelandic economy.

Sat on the board of the The Federation of Information Technology Companies (SUT) of SI. Was chairman of SUT from February 2010 to November 2012 SI - the Federation of Icelandic industries has around 1160 members, both companies and employer organisations. They are quite different from each other in terms of size, products and markets. This variety makes our job challenging and necessary at the same time. We take care to emphasize what the companies have in common while also looking after individual needs. The successful implementation of this strategy has made SI - the Federation of Icelandic Industries the largest and most influential employer organisation in the country.
