    Manage multiple teams focused on optimizing the inbound process for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Teams determine eligibility of inbound seller inventory and place that inventory for optimal spread in the Amazon fulfillment network, as well as manage inventory pooling across sellers and manage special handling for dangerous goods. Led a cross-team initiative to reverse a multi-year operational load trend from +15% YoY to -5% YoY. Pushed for in-flight architecture of eligibility and placement systems to enable flexibility and away-team work.

    2012 - 2017

    Managed multiple software labs in Tel Aviv, Santa Clara and Zhuhai, China, achieving consolidated and integrated R&D organization that produced uniform product efficiently. Created product strategy for products in 3 separate markets to align with business goals and customer needs, resulting in significant revenue preservation. Acted as main liaison between CTO Group and Foglight team and attended meetings and engaged in architecture discussions, enabling architecture sharing and product integration across business units. Created and implemented multi-year resource shifting and transition plan across labs, decreasing costs without losing critical knowledge or delaying release plans.

    Rearchitected Quest’s enterprise monitoring platform, resulting in orders of magnitude improvement in scalability and unprecedented customizability for data collection and user interface. Product supported multiple performance monitoring domains, including database, Java, .NET, virtualization. Built out new team for platform and product, delivering hundreds of releases to thousands of customers, resulting in $100M in revenue for Quest. Established sibling development and Quality Assurance lab in Zhuhai, China. Team was full participant in product success, and at end of tenure, took over Foglight development. Taught part of university credit course on performance management at 2 Chinese universities, as part of university outreach program in China, establishing reliable pipeline of qualified candidates willing to move to smaller Chinese city (Zhuhai).
