Independent Director appointed by Sean O'Sullivan (SOS Ventures) to sit on the Carma Board as it went through a reinvention of services and ultimately software and hardware products as well as patent development for ride-hail services. Served until I joined the Biden Administration in 2022.

USDOT Agency Review Team - Innovation Liason

Appointed by the Biden-Harris Transition as innovation and technology service delivery liason for the USDOT agency review team working cross functionally to prepare the agency and leadership to execute on the new administrations agenda.

Advised CEO and leadership team through high growth phase with government, helped acquire first private sector customers (Lyft, Lime) and helped position for private equity investment and then exit in 2019.

Advised Leadership team on product development, potential partners and tech acquisitions, city partnerships and ultimately through a sale to Verizon for over $400m. Continued to then Advise Verizon for a number of years via Cityfi.
