    At Expa, I served as both an operator and investor. As an investor I built and ran the accelerator program investing in early stage startups - $250K-$500K investments. As a COO-in-Residence I worked directly with companies Expa started. I worked hands-on with founders to build, scale, and operationalize startups across the portfolio.

Backed early by Expa, we worked closely with the founding team to build the core organization—hiring the team, developing the product, creating foundational playbooks, establishing budgets, and launching the go-to-market strategy. As both an operator and investor, I focused on building the infrastructure and execution needed to scale beyond the incubation phase.

    We invested in Foursquare while at USV, then wore many hats scaling from 10-300 people. While in the first BD then Sales role, I created a data advertising product, partnered with large adtech platforms and developed a real time bidding system that powered Foursquare Ads. I build the team, launched the product (Pinpoint), and generated the first revenue (Badges!) and scalable revenue (data product)
