2019 - 2020

Working across New York and Cambridge, I served a one-year term as the organization's first Director of Philanthropic Partnerships focused on bringing transformational capital to and brand awareness of CAMFED in the US. I primarily stewarded UHNW patrons, board members, and partners committed to tackling poverty and inequality by supporting girls to attend school and empowering young women to step up as change leaders.

Working across the US, Ghana, Guatemala, and Laos, I managed domestic and international partnerships with high-yield family foundations, family offices, and corporate entities, liaising directly with the principals, partners, and family members who governed and granted alongside them.

Working between Malawi and the US, I advised and supported the Founder and Executive Director on the operational transition from a family philanthropic endeavor to a public charity through counsel on strategic organizational development, multilateral partnerships, cultivation of the UHNW board, and local community engagement.
