I oversee the end-to-end provider lifecycle at Charlie Health and am responsible for the "supply" side of our business. In this role, I manage multiple departments and focus my time on five key areas: the acquisition, retention, satisfaction, quality, and fungibility of our providers. I am also heavily involved in improving the technology and operational processes that allow our providers to do their work more efficiently. This includes partnering cross-functionally with our Engineering and Product teams to design and implement new tooling and processes for our providers. I currently manage a team of ~65 people across operations, cross-licensing, onboarding, compliance, and talent. I am actively hiring across all levels and departments. During my second role, I helped the BizOps team specialize in different domains of the business, transitioning from generalists to functional specialists. We brought analytical and operational rigor to a variety of teams that required support, including Care Experience, Admissions, and Marketing. Over time, I began to get more involved with our supply/demand work and both (a) took ownership of our Clinical Recruiting team, and (b) established our Talent Operations team.

I joined Charlie Health as the 7th non-clinical employee (13th overall). In my first role, I established the foundation of our non-clinical departments (SOPs, technology stack, etc.). I directly hired and managed a generalist BizOps team (5) and a Salesforce Admin team (2), procured and set up 80+ software products (including Salesforce, Rippling, Five9, and more), and acted as the initial DRI / point person across a variety of departments, prior to their formal formation (HR, SFDC, Care Admin, Legal, IT, Talent, etc.).
