Ness was the first of a kind Health and wellness credit card. I managed card, bank, financial and technology partners and was responsible for the card P&L. Vision to make health and wellness more affordable and accessible to all by rewarding healthy actions you make every day. Specifically, 0 to 1 foundational builder responsible for the developing the operational structure, finding the financial partners (bank, card network, issuer processor, general ledger, PCI compliance, encryption, etc.), leading the technical integration and launch through white card testing, beta, and public launch! Negotiated all business deals, pricing, and card incentive structures. Built and managed card program, worked closely with legal and outside counsel to get board approval in record time (3 mos.). Responsible for purchase of receivables, disputes, and day to day card operations.

I am a Strategic Partner Manager who executes technical and non-technical projects and partnerships of our largest Financial Partners (card networks, acquiring partners, payout banks, alternative payment methods, etc.). I live at the intersection of business opportunity and overcoming the legal, regulatory, and network/bank op reg hurdles to go live and thrive. I shape business processes and funds flows to be compliant but more importantly to capture customer value and create new market opportunities.
