    - Built and re-launched Stripe Connect, one of their most successful business lines. Ran the team for 3 years. - Owned the new hire technical onboarding program, organizing classes and structure for hundreds of employees. - Ran API review for most of my tenure, overseeing the review and process for every public API change. - Rebuilt Stripe's internal API abstractions for better DX around versioning, parameter validation, static introspection, and self-documentation. Successfully encouraged teams to shard migration of every API endpoint to this new framework. - Built, along with a design partner, the original version of Stripe Home.
