Created the hiring org (12 -> 50+ people), architected the people/IT systems, and many special projects with our CEO. We closed a $70M series A, moved from Texas to California, flew vehicles in front of government customers, hired industry veterans and exceptional youth, and set a hardcore culture.

Sourced, selected, invested, and supported crypto startups, building a portfolio of almost 100 companies. Led Mechanism's investment in Morpho ($2B+ outcome). Discovered and executed multiple trades for the trading desk, most notably an extremely levered USDC repeg trade. Spent time replacing traditional analyst responsibilities with AI, fully automated from received materials in any channel to investment meeting review.

Built and managed Underscore’s pipeline tools for investment opportunities, automated data synchronization for portfolio databases, and worked with Richard (partner) to select interesting opportunities across software disciplines. Also partook in investment meetings by taking notes, surfacing information, and general air cover to keep the partners undistracted.
