Inveready is a Spanish venture capital fund that invests mainly in technology companies in the Seed phase. The tasks I perform in Inveready are the following: From dealflow generation to the investment closing. - Origination: attendance to events, contact with other funds and BAs, sector mapping, contact with accelerator programs. - Opportunity analysis: analysis of products and technologies, market and competition analysis, calls to customers and partners, analysis of financial statements and KPIs. - Review of closing documentation, due diligence, termsheets and partner agreements. - Investment committee: preparation of investment memo. Portfolio management support, acting as a point of contact between the investee companies and the fund.
