    I develop strategy and operations systems to enable Verana's continued rapid pace of scale. I partner with organization leaders to develop the tools and processes that support Verana defining and managing its overarching goals and strategies. I also perform business, strategy, and market analysis in order to help refine components of the organization wide strategy for executive stakeholders. Additionally, I lead and partner with the program management functions across multiple organizations to approach the "little things" with as much energy as we do the big strategies. I do this by selecting the right tools (Atlassian Suite, Asana, Salesforce.com, tableau, and others), managing their implementations, and managing the business process changes to take advantage of them. Most notably, I lead the agile transformation of 2 product & engineering organizations and the implementation of SFDC as the business process platform for the organization. Both of which will support the scale of the organization for years to come.

    Led the product management function at Deep6 scaling the product from only a small handful of customers and users to many more of both while managing the product design and development lifecycle with partners in design and engineering. These efforts expanded the depth and breadth of the product offering to become a more comprehensive provider of Clinical Trial/ Research Acceleration software growing our market size and impact for existing customers.
