Engaging with the Planet Labs team for the transition and integration of Boundless Spatial into the Federal subsidiary to support US Government customers and business. Supported the transition and integration of the Boundless Spatial team into the larger Planet Labs organization. Worked with key stakeholders and clients to transition accounts for longer-term support.

- Led a team of over 40 program managers and engineers for the implementation and integration of open source geospatial technologies into government and commercial clients. - Oversaw a portfolio of 40+ engagements, totaling more than $5M of revenue. - Created Project Management Office and associated processes to ensure quality and efficient delivery of consulting and implementation services to our clients. - Aligned closely with Sales team to create GTM packaged offerings to generate upsell opportunities and decrease product churn rates. - Coordinated with Engineering / Product leadership team on customer feedback, generating new product capabilities and offerings to expand portfolio of SKUs for the Sales team.

- Served as lead for Esri Professional Services in the Midwest, responsible for delivery of GIS solutions to Federal, Defense/Intel, Commercial and other regional clients throughout the Midwest. - Led team of 60+ engineers, analysts, project managers, and consultants supporting customers. - Supported Sales team in engagement and winning of new deals with commercial and Federal clientele. - Led large multi-million dollar proposal engagements, serving as capture manager. Coordinated color team reviews and submission for several Federal procurements.
