Managed $500 million private equity portfolio of technology and Interner-related investments from Paris, New York and San Francisco. As part of our $100 million investment in Oxygen Media (sold to NBC), I acted as our representative on the Board of Directors.

Managed Morgan Stanley's global Internet practice - initial public offerings, private placements and strategic advice. Working in partnership with Morgan Stanley's Internet research analyst, Mary Meeker, Andre advised new and large companies including Amazon.com, eBay, Priceline, Excite, Broadcast.com, @Home, Ask Jeeves, Real Networks, VeriSign, AOL/Time Warner, Viacom, The Gap, American Airlines, LVMH and Softbank, among others
