    I am responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, reporting and management of TurtleTree Labs. I ensure that the business strategy and systems in place focus on a path to profitability with high value products instead of commodities. During my tenure as CFO, I have built and led a high-performing finance team, with clear direction and checks and balances that help increase run rate. I am the first point of contact for board members in all things strategic and finance, as well as creation of a targeted IR strategy. I also lead all key discussions with strategic partners for Joint Venture.

    I was a member of the Investment Committee of Müller Ventures AG (in 2019), CVC arm of Müller Group, where I oversaw investment decisions for the family-owned company operating internationally in the food sector with around 24,000 employees and annual sales of 5.7 billion Euros. I was also responsible for conducting research to identify early stage startup companies along the food and beverage value chain to generate a financial return and boost an innovation culture. I held this position while I was the Managing Director for Müller Asia Limited.

    Part of the overall Müller Group, I pioneered Müller Asia Limited, the Asian branch of the family office of Theo Müller in 2012 as Managing Director. I mainly focused on private equity and became the first employee to commence operations in Asia. I reviewed 40 different consumer funds in Asia including Vietnam, Korea, and Myanmar to name a few, and led teams across continents while building relationships and knowledge across Asia with a strong focus on consumer funds. I spearheaded business initiatives to support the operating group to sell German products to Asian consumers, leading a turnover of more than US$25 million per year. My other responsibilities included supporting the CVC unit to invest into strategic R&D opportunities as well as expanding operations of the dairy business within Asia.

    I participated and guided as Board Observer for Müller Ventures at Future Meat Technologies after our investment into Series A. Believer Meats (formerly Future Meat Technologies) is a biotechnology firm which produces cultivated meat from animal cells, increasing food safety and reducing ecological impact worldwide.

    I was a board member of Huaxia Dairy Farm from 2012-2017. Huaxia Dairy Farm is a Chinese Dairy Farm operations with more than 20,000 cattle across three farms.

    As Investment Manager, I oversaw Private Equity Investments targeting Asian markets while managing and monitoring a portfolio of 20 investments with a focus on China. Managing both direct and fund investments across 10 different markets, I maintained ongoing communications to ensure investment objectives remain aligned.     I advised Alberto Culver in divestiture of Sweden-based subsidiary Cederroth to private equity player CapMan (c. EUR160m). I created sell-side information memorandum, management presentations and business plans alongside CEO and senior management, while developing valuation ranges and running a full fledged auction with strategic and financial buyers. I actively participated in various M&A and debt related proposals to clients ranging from SWX-listed companies to large international players in the consumer and healthcare industries. Additionally, I performed company valuations utilizing discounted cash flow analysis as well as comparable and transaction multiples.
