Worked with Globant's executive team to implement a world-class digital marketing strategy that would support Globant's vision of completely changing the professional services industry. I also worked with the Corporate Development / M&A team to identify leading companies in the Digital Marketing space to acquire or partner with. I had the opportunity to work very closely with the founders and top executives after Globant's acquisition of Belatrix, the company I co-founded. Globant went public in 2015 at $10/share and is now (1/2021) trading at over 22x that value, I valued the experience of working closely with a team that was able to achieve such success and learning how to do that as a public company.

Managed the integration of Belatrix into Globant after their acquisition. Helped our team to become the fastest growing and most profitable division during the integration process. Helped transition all of Belatrix Software executive and management team to Globant. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, reporting directly to CEO.

I co-founded Belatrix Software back in 2002 with my brother and my father, being in charge of strategy, marketing and sales. We grew the company to over 700 people with offices in 6 countries and partnered with clients like Disney, FIS, Adobe, among many other leading companies to design and deploy cutting edge digital solutions. We bootstrapped from 0 to over 35M in revenue when we sold Belatrix to Globant in 2019, and fully and successfully integrated by August 2020, keeping our people and clients happy in the process and achieving impressive growth even during the integration.
